Meet Elizabeth

Hi! My name is Elizabeth Lopez and I’m an award-winning cake baker based in Holland. I've spent over a decade turning simple ingredients into heartfelt creations. Every cake I bake carries a piece of my story, a hint of the love and dreams I whisk into each batter. Baking is more than a craft; it's my way of embracing the world. When I’m not in the kitchen, my world is lit up by my incredible husband, our four spirited children, and a poodle who thinks he's the fifth!
